  • How long will it take to receive my order?
All orders will be shipped from the United States. Depending on the country you order from, it can take between one and four weeks. Times are approximate, but if you have not received your order within two weeks, please contact us through the website and we will investigate the status of your order.
  • Can I place an order from anywhere in the world?
Shipments are made to any country in the world, as long as the shipping company delivers to that location.
  • What is the difference between Prints and Limited Editions and why is there a difference in price?
Limited Editions are considered "originals" of the artwork and their production and sale is limited to a certain number of copies per size. Once that number of photographs have been sold, no more will be produced or sold. In addition, the printing is supervised by the artist, who numbers and signs each work, and is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity. Prints are considered serial productions of the artworks, they are printed on high quality Fine Art papers and there is no limit to the reproduction of this type of print. The works are sent from the photographic laboratory and are not signed by the author and are not numbered as there is no limit to their production. All works are produced with the highest archival standards, on acid-free, pH-neutral Fine Art paper and are made of pure cellulose.
  • How much are the shipping costs?
When purchasing limited editions signed by the artist the shipping cost is free of charge to any location. If you are purchasing a print the shipping will be done directly by the photo lab and the shipping costs will be calculated at the checkout, depending on your location. In both cases shipments are made from the United States.
  • Do I have to pay for customs clearance if I order from outside the U.S.?
It is possible that the customs of your country may claim some fees for the order. Sometimes it happens and it is something that we do not know for sure and we cannot control. In any case, if it happens, the customer will be responsible for that cost.
  • What happens if my artwork arrives damaged?
In that case please contact us through the website. We will ask you to document the damage with a photo or video and once verified, or if the artwork has been damaged in transit we will reimburse you or make a new shipment. We will also give you instructions for the return or destruction of the damaged artwork.
  • Can I return a work if I change my mind after receiving it?
The production of the artworks is limited and very laborious so no returns will be accepted unless the artwork is damaged at the time of receipt. We will not accept returns of any artwork that has been damaged in handling (after receiving it) or if the damage is not documented properly. If the artwork has not yet been shipped or you want to cancel an order you just have placed, contact us and we will try to cancel it if the printing has not started yet.
